1 serving Watermelon, seedless, chopped finely
1 serving Strawberries, chopped
Fresh Lemon Juice
In a blender, mix seedless watermelon, strawberries and fresh lemon juice. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until firm. Enjoy!
Grilled Watermelon and Pineapple Skewers
1 serving Pineapple, cubed
1 serving Watermelon, cubed
Alternate pineapple and watermelon cubes (3 of each) on skewers. Grill all sides for about 30 seconds.

Using a Salad Spinner can help you create cleaner, tastier salad dishes in an easy way, by removing the excess water from your greens after washing. Using a Salad Spinner after washing can provide a more crisp salad by removing the excess water from your salad greens. Salad Spinners do a great job at keeping lettuce undamaged while cleaning the leaves and the removal of water from the leaves allows for dressing to stick better. Greens should always be dry before refrigerated storage, as they will wilt more quickly when wet, so a Salad Spinner will help if you are meal prepping for your week.

• 1 Starch
* Suitable for Fast Track Patients
• 1 serving Strawberries
• 1 serving Diet Bread
• ½ serving Stevia
• 12 tsp. Water
Slice strawberries into small pieces and catch drippings. Add water and sweetener and pour over strawberries. Pour over bread.
