Mojito Mocktail

Mojito Mocktail anyone?  It’s National Mojito Day!

Servings:

Ingredients:
1 can Diet 7-Up
1 packet of Stevia
Fresh Mint Leaves, to taste
Juice from 1 Fresh Lime
Ice

Preparation:
Muddle the Stevia with the mint leaves using a small bowl and end of a smooth or rolling pin. Combine with Diet 7-Up and lime juice with ice and serve.

We couldn’t resist sharing another easy Iced Tea recipe in honor of National Iced Tea Month.  Try an Arnold Palmer Twist!

Ingredients:
1 MWLC Lemon Razzy Nutritional Supplement
2 cups Tea, prepared and chilled
Ice

Preparation:
Stir together prepared tea, Lemon Razzy powder and ice. Add water if needed and refrigerate. Serve with a lemon wedge.

Watermelon Chilled Tea

Just in time for National Iced Tea Month!  Try our Watermelon Chilled Tea


Servings:
1 Fruit

Ingredients:
1 cup Watermelon, cubed
1 packet of White Tea
1 slice Ginger
Boiled Water
3 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Stevia
Ice Cubes

First, you will need to prepare the White Tea with boiling water and add one slice of ginger to the tea. Chill the White Tea in the refrigerator for about a half hour. Fill a tall glass with a few ice cubes and pour in the White Tea. Next, add the lemon juice and stevia to the tea. Juice the one cup of watermelon and strain seeds if needed. Combine the watermelon juice to the White Tea and mix all ingredients together with a spoon gently.

Add all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra water if it is too thick. Pour into a glass and enjoy while cold.

Ingredients:

6 oz. of Cold Water
1 serving Fresh Pineapple
1/4 tsp. Coconut Extract
Add Ice

Preparation:
Mix supplement and water. Add pineapple and mix well. Add coconut extract. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Garnish with a pineapple chunk.

Chocolate Raspberry Milkshake

Did you know that this week is ‘American Chocolate Week’?  What better way to celebrate than with MWLC’s Chocolate Raspberry Milkshake!

Servings:
1 Dairy
1 Fruit
1 Nutritional Supplement

Ingredients:
8 oz. 1% Low-Fat Milk
1 serving fresh, or frozen, Raspberries
2 drops Banana Extract
1 MWLC Chocolate Pudding Shake Nutritional Supplement
3 Ice Cubes

Preparation:
Pour the 8 oz. serving of 1% milk into a blender. Next, add the Chocolate Shake Supplement, one serving of fresh or frozen raspberries, and 3 ice cubes into the blender. Blend until smooth. Add 2 drops of banana extract into the shake mixture and blend all ingredients for a few more seconds. Top with a mint leaf and enjoy while it is fresh.

1 cup Red Cabbage
1 serving Low-Fat Milk (Substitute with water if following a Fast Track Meal Plan)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Freshly grated ginger, to taste (optional)
Ice

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
