Collard-Apple Smoothie 

Servings:
1 Vegetable
1 Fruit
Suitable for Fast Track patients

Ingredients:
1/2 serving Collard Greens
1/2 serving Cucumber, chopped
1 small Apple, chopped
1 Lemon, juiced
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice

Preparation:
Blend water, lemon juice and collard greens for 1 minute, then add cucumber and apple, top with ice, and blend for an additional 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

Pumpkin Cappuccino

Pumpkin Cappuccino

Servings:
1 Nutrient
1 Supplement

Ingredients:
1 packet MWLC Proticcino Nutritional Supplement
1 packet MWLC Pumpkin Pie Pudding Shake Nutritional Supplement (Product available seasonally only)
12 oz. Water

Preparation:
Pour 12 oz. water in a large microwave mug, heat in microwave until water is hot 1-2 minutes. Pour in 1 packet of MWLC Proticcino and 1 packet of MWLC Pumpkin Pie Pudding/Shake and stir until mixed well together.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Servings:
1 Dairy
1 Supplement

Ingredients:
1 cup Milk
1 packet MWLC Pumpkin Pie Pudding Shake Nutritional Supplement (Product available seasonally only)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon,
1/2 cup strong hot Coffee

Preparation:
Combine the milk, pumpkin pudding, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium sauce pan, heat until the milk is hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk vigorously until the milk mixture is foamy, about 30 seconds.

Pour coffee into a large mug, add the milk mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Iced Pumpkin Coffee

Iced Pumpkin Coffee

Servings:
1 Dairy
1 Supplement

Ingredients:
1 cup Milk
1 packet MWLC Pumpkin Pie Pudding Shake Nutritional Supplement (Product available seasonally only)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 cup strong Coffee
Ice Cubes

Preparation:
Combine the milk, pumpkin pudding, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a medium sauce pan, heat until the mixture is hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Let sit to cool. Fill a large mug 1/2 full with ice cubes, pour coffee mixture into mug, sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mojito Mocktail anyone?  It’s National Mojito Day!

Ingredients:
1 can Diet 7-Up
1 packet of Stevia
Fresh Mint Leaves, to taste
Juice from 1 Fresh Lime
Ice

Preparation:
Muddle the Stevia with the mint leaves using a small bowl and end of a smooth or rolling pin. Combine with Diet 7-Up and lime juice with ice and serve.

We couldn’t resist sharing another easy Iced Tea recipe in honor of National Iced Tea Month.  Try an Arnold Palmer Twist!

Servings:
1 Nutrient

Ingredients:
1 MWLC Lemon Razzy Nutritional Supplement
2 cups Tea, prepared and chilled
Ice

Preparation:
Stir together prepared tea, Lemon Razzy powder and ice. Add water if needed and refrigerate. Serve with a lemon wedge.

Watermelon Chilled Tea

Just in time for National Iced Tea Month!  Try our Watermelon Chilled Tea


Servings:
1 Fruit

Ingredients:
1 cup Watermelon, cubed
1 packet of White Tea
1 slice Ginger
Boiled Water
3 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Stevia
Ice Cubes

First, you will need to prepare the White Tea with boiling water and add one slice of ginger to the tea. Chill the White Tea in the refrigerator for about a half hour. Fill a tall glass with a few ice cubes and pour in the White Tea. Next, add the lemon juice and stevia to the tea. Juice the one cup of watermelon and strain seeds if needed. Combine the watermelon juice to the White Tea and mix all ingredients together with a spoon gently.

4 Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra water if it is too thick. Pour into a glass and enjoy while cold.
