1 serving cooked Chicken, cubed
2 cups total – Celery, Onions Mushrooms, Summer Squash
½ medium Sweet Potato, cubed
1 MWLC Chicken Bouillon Nutritional Supplement
1 cup Water
2 Garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. Curry Powder
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
