Give our delicious MWLC Mini Taco Salads a try today!


• 3 Vegetables
• 1 Dairy
• 1 Nutrient
• 1 Snack
*Great for MWLC Freedom Plan patients

1 Vegetarian Sloppy Joe Nutrient, prepared
• 1 serving Lettuce, shredded
• 1 serving Tomato, diced
• 1 serving Green Onion, diced
• 1 serving Plain, Low Fat, Yogurt
• 1 bag of MWLC Double Bites-Cheddar Cheese Snacks
• Cumin, Pepper,and Garlic Powder to taste

Mix yogurt with seasonings to create a “mock sour cream”. Layer ingredients in mini serving cups. Makes 5-6 “mini” snack servings of taco salad.  Garnish or dip with MWLC Double Bites!

Onion Rings

• 1/2 Medium Onion, sliced into rings
• 1 MWLC Pancake Nutrient
• 1 Bag of MWLC Tasty Bites – Party Mix Snack
• 1 Egg
• Garlic Powder

Mix MWLC pancake nutrient with one egg, crushed MWLC party mix and garlic powder. Slice onion into rings and coat with batter mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until onion rings are crispy brown on the outside.

Cream of Broccoli Soup

MWLC’s Cream of Broccoli Soup is a fantastic and delicious way to warm up your day!


• 1 Protein
• 1 Vegetable
• 1 Supplement
* Suitable for Fast Track Patients

• 1 serving Cottage Cheese
• 1 serving Broccoli, cooked
• 4-6 oz. Water
• 1 Cream of Chicken Supplement
• Dash of Black Pepper

Blend cottage cheese and water in blender until creamy. Add broccoli, supplement and pepper. Continue to blend, then heat for a quick and easy meal.

Stuffed Round Steak

• 1 Protein
• 1.5 Vegetables

• 1 serving Sirloin or Flank Steak
• 1/2 serving Green Peppers, cut thinly in strips
• 1/2 serving Mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 serving Onions, finely chopped
• Parsley, Garlic Powder, Pepper to taste

Saute onions, mushrooms, and peppers in non-stick pan. Saute steak and pour off any fat and pat dry. Spoon onions, mushrooms and peppers into center of steak and roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Herbed Tomato Soup

Brrr! It’s cold out there! Warm up inside with our delicious Herbed Tomato Soup.

• 1 Supplements

• 1 Tomato Soup Supplement
• 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
• White Pepper to taste
• 1/4 tsp Thyme
• 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
• 8 oz. Boiling Water

Mix all ingredients together, let sit for one minute and serve.

Chocolate Brownie Fudge

Our Chocolate Brownie Fudge is sweet, rich, and absolutely delicious! If you’ve been working hard toward your goals, take a moment to whip up this healthy treat.


• 1 Supplements
• 1 Snacks

• 1 Chocolate Pudding Shake Supplement
• 4 oz. Water
• 1 Brownie Snack Bar, melted

Cut snack bar into small pieces and add 2 oz. water, microwave 2 minutes, stir, microwave an additional 2 minutes. Add dry chocolate pudding shake supplement and just enough water to make a very thick batter. Blend until creamy and refrigerate overnight.
