Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean Casserole

Servings:

1.5 Vegetable
1 Nutritional Supplement
1 Starch (if optional Melba Toast is added)

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Green Beans
½ cup fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 serving Melba Toast, optional
Garlic Powder, Dash Seasoning, Onion Powder and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Steam green beans until tender. Add MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement, mix with a little bit of water. Season with garlic powder, Dash seasoning, onion powder and pepper. Simmer for 15-30 minutes. You may crumble Melba Toast over the top (serving also counts as 1 starch if added.)
