Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
1 serving lean Ground Turkey (or lean Ground Beef or Venison)
¼ cup Brown Rice or Quinoa, cooked
1 MWLC Creamy Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Blend (Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme)
1 medium Bell Pepper, seed and top removed

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare MWLC Creamy Tomato Soup according to package directions.

In a skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat until browned. Add brown rice (or quinoa) and creamy tomato soup and herbs and heat until slightly thickened.

Cut bell pepper in half and place in a square baking dish. Add turkey mixture evenly to each half of the peppers. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
