How to Seed a Hot Chile Pepper

Do you love the added heat from hot peppers?  Learn how to seed a hot chile pepper!  Don’t forget to thoroughly wash your hands!

Seeded chile peppers can impart flavor to a healthy dish without setting mouths on fire. Cut the chile in half. Then, with a paring knife, scoop the seeds and veins from the middle and discard. Slice or dice the remaining chile flesh. Works for jalapeños, habaneros or any member of the chile family.
