How to Steam Fry

Yes, you read that right!  Skip the oils and fats by using water or other broths to steam fry!  This is a great alternative to using oil to fry!  

Heads up: One tablespoon of oil has 120 to 140 calories of fat. This innovative cooking technique skips the oil and starts by adding veggies to a hot pan, then a little liquid as a great, health-conscious alternative to oil. You can use coconut water, vegetable broth, juices and even beer and wine.
