For Michela Birosak, food has always been an important part of life. Like so many of us, she looks forward to enjoying good, hearty meals. But as time passed, Michela noticed that she began turning to food as comfort to manage stressful situations.
“Sometimes I would just eat a high-caloric food as a reward for lots of stress at work,” she says. “I put on pounds that curtailed my physical activity. It was harder for me to move and do exercises.”

3. When tempted, ask yourself “What do I really want for my life? Will eating this bring me closer to my goal?
