1 Nutritional Supplement

Suitable for Freedom 5, 6 and 7 meal plans only


Ingredients:

1 MWLC Vanilla Pudding Shake Supplement
3-4 oz. Cold Water
1 small Peach
1 serving Cereal (100 cal/serving)

Preparation:
Mix 3-4 oz. cold water and supplement. Cut up 1 small peach. Alternate layers of peaches, vanilla pudding shake and cereal in a chilled parfait glass. Refrigerate and serve.
