Banana Yogurt

Ingredients:
1 small Banana (ripened)
6 oz. Low-Fat Yogurt (or 4 oz. Greek Yogurt)
Dash of Cinnamon (to taste, optional)
1-2 drops Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mash the banana with vanilla extract and/or cinnamon (optional) or puree in a blender.
Top your serving of yogurt with the banana puree and enjoy!
