Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake

Feel free to use Strawberries, Raspberries or Blackberries too!

* This makes 3 servings of Nutritional Supplements that can be divided into separate servings throughout the day.

Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake

Servings:
1 Fruit
3 Nutritional Supplements *

Suitable for all Freedom meal plans only

Ingredients:
1 MWLC Lemon Meringue Bar, chopped
1 MWLC Cheesecake, prepared
1 MWLC Tangy Lemon Pudding Nutritional Supplement, prepared
2/3 cup fresh Blueberries (Strawberries, Raspberries or Blackberries)
1 Tbsp Water
Sprig of fresh Mint

Preparation:
Microwave the chopped lemon bar with a tablespoon of water for 30 seconds or until you can create a “crust” out of the lemon bar in a small dish.

Once the lemon bar crust is in your dish of choice, add the cheesecake and then the tangy lemon pudding.  Top with berries, mint garnish and serve.
