1 MWLC Nutritional Supplement Powder
1 Vegetable

Ingredients:
1 serving 1% low fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup Celery, cut 3 inch stalks for dipping
1 serving MWLC Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement Powder
Mrs. Dash, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste

 

Preparation:
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.  Add Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement powder and spices.  Use as a dip for your fresh vegetables.
