3 Ways to Make DIp with Dash Salt-Free Seasonings

We decided to do some fun experimenting with Plain Low-Fat Yogurt and 1% Fat Cottage Cheese with a variety of Dash Seasonings and 3 of our favorites are below: Southwest Chipotle Dip, Garlic Herb Dip, and Onion Herb Dip!

Southwest Chipotle Dip

Servings:
1 Dairy (if using Yogurt) OR
1 Protein (if using Cottage Cheese)

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
1 serving Plain Low-Fat Yogurt OR Cottage Cheese 1%
2 Tbsp Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
Juice and zest from 1 fresh Lime (optional)

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined. If using cottage cheese, this can be mixed in a blender until smooth. 


Garlic Herb Dip

Servings:
1 Dairy (if using Yogurt) OR
1 Protein (if using Cottage Cheese)

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
1 serving Plain Low-Fat Yogurt OR Cottage Cheese 1%
2 Tbsp Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend

Onion Herb Dip

Servings:

0.5 Vegetable
1 Dairy (if using Yogurt) OR
1 Protein (if using Cottage Cheese)

Ingredients:
1 serving Plain Low-Fat Yogurt OR Cottage Cheese 1%
2 Tbsp Dash Onion Herb Seasoning Blend
2-3 Green Onions, finely chopped
Juice and zest from 1 fresh Lemon (optional)

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined. If using cottage cheese, this can be mixed in a blender until smooth.
