Pomegranate Citrus Parfait

Ingredients:
1 serving Plain, Low-Fat Yogurt
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 small Orange, peeled and cubed or segmented
¼ medium Grapefruit, peeled and cubed or segmented
¼ small Pomegranate, seeded
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and vanilla extract. Assemble parfait - yogurt, fruit mix, yogurt, fruit mix and serve.
