Servings: • 1 Fruit • 1 Starch • 1 Dairy
Ingredients: • 1 small Apple, cored and diced • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon • 1 serving Plain Low-Fat Yogurt • 1 serving Quinoa, cooked
Preparation: Spray large nonstick skillet with Pam and cook apples with cinnamon, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Layer yogurt, quinoa and cooked apples in parfait glass. Enjoy!
