Bolenbaugh Shrimp Soup

Servings:
2 Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 serving raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 MWLC Fulfill Chicken Bouillon
2-3 Green Onions, diagonally sliced
½ small Tomato, diced
1 cup Spinach leaves, fresh and trimmed
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup Water
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Spray a skillet with unflavored non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat, add the green onions and stirring occasionally until slightly soft. Add the Fulfill Chicken Bouillon and water to the green onions, bringing it to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes with the shrimp, tomato and spinach. Stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
