Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
½ medium Cucumber, peeled and sliced
6 oz. Greek Yogurt
½ Jalapeno, minced
1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro leaves, chopped
¼ tsp Ground Cumin
¼ tsp Curry Powder (optional)
Juice of ½ fresh Lime
Preparation:
Combine the cucumber, yogurt, chili and cilantro in a bowl. Add cumin and curry powder (optional) and add the juice of a fresh lime. Mix until combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
