Herbed Quinoa Salad

2 Vegetable
1 Starch
1 Dressing

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
¼ cup Quinoa, cooked
3 Green Onions, finely chopped
1 small Tomato, chopped
½ cup Basil, chiffonade
½ cup Mint, chiffonade
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
1 serving Kraft Light & Zesty Italian Dressing
Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine quinoa, green onions, tomatoes, basil, mint and cilantro. Drizzle with Kraft Light & Zesty Italian Dressing and gently combine. Season with additional pepper to taste. Serve  immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
