Mocha Marshmallow Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
1 MWLC Pancake Nutritional Supplement
1 MWLC Mocha Pudding Shake Nutritional Supplement
1 MWLC Marshmallow Brownie Crisp Bar
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Prepare pancake and mocha pudding according to individual package directions. Combine the prepared pancake and mocha pudding into a batter and allow mixture to sit 5 minutes to rise up.
Cut half of a marshmallow brownie crisp bar into small chunks and set aside.
Spray mini bundt pan with unflavored non-stick cooking spray and pour half of the pancake/pudding batter into the pan. Layer the chopped bar onto the batter and cover with remaining batter. (Entire bar can be chopped and layered into the cake if you prefer no frosting)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool on a baking rack.
Melt the other half of the bar in the microwave with water to the consistency of your choice and pour over the cooled cake as a frosting. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
