Hearty and filling! Nothing warms you up on a cold winter day like a healthy Chili recipe! ❄️ Feel free to substitute Ground Sirloin for lean Ground Turkey or Venison.

Beef Chili

1 Protein
1.5 Vegetables
1 Nutritional Supplement

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
1 serving Ground Sirloin
2-3 Green Onions, chopped
1 MWLC Cream of Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement (prepared)
1 small Tomato
¼ cup Water
Garlic and Chili Powder to taste

Preparation:
Brown meat and drain. Chop tomato and puree in blender. Combine all ingredients and simmer.
