Onion Dip
Servings:
1 Protein
Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans
Ingredients:
1 serving Non-Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped
Juice from a fresh Lemon, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together in small bowl and serve with your favorite vegetables.
