Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 cup Mushroom caps
½ cup Celery
1 piece Melba Toast
1 serving Ground Turkey or Chicken, cooked
Onion and Garlic Powder to taste
Preparation:
Crumble melba toast, mix with meat, celery and seasoning. Stuff mushrooms and serve.
