THE BEST Pomegranate Village Salad

Ingredients:
½ small Pomegranate, removing arils
¼ medium Cucumber, peeled and diced
½ small Tomato, diced
¼ Red Onion, diced
1 pinch of Parsley, finely chopped
½ Lemon, freshly juiced
Preparation:
Combine all diced vegetables and arils from the pomegranate into a bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice over top of the fresh produce. Add the fresh parsley on top and enjoy!
