Tiny Freedom Cabbage & Onions
Servings:
3 Vegetables
2 Condiments
Suitable for Freedom plans only
Ingredients:
2 cup of Brussels Sprouts
½ medium Yellow Onion
1 tsp. juice from a fresh Lemon
Dash Original Blend
½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
5 Sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Preparation:
Cut off the stems of the brussels sprouts and cut in half long ways.
Chop onions in penny sized pieces.
Evenly place both brussels sprouts and onions on normal baking sheet covered with non-stick foil. Use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray on the vegetables and season with Dash Original blend.
Bake at 385 degrees for 40 minutes and then broil on high for 2-3 minutes.
Remove and transfer the brussels sprouts and onions to a skillet. Pour on Worcestershire Sauce, add a little more Mrs. Dash Original and squeeze in the lemon juice, cooking until sprouts are crisped. Serve hot.
