Chili Con Carne
Servings:
2 Vegetables
1 Protein
1 Nutritional Supplement
Suitable for all Freedom 1-4, 6 and 7 meal plans only
Ingredients:
1 MWLC Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 serving lean Ground Beef
½ medium Green Bell Pepper, chopped
½ medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cumin
4 cups Water
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
Preparation:
In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Drain and add chopped onion and green peppers. Cook until the onion is transparent.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 ½ hours on the stove or transfer to a crock pot.
