Curry Chicken Soup
Servings:
1 Protein
2 Vegetables
1 Starch
1 Fiber Fulfill
Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans
Ingredients:
1 serving cooked boneless, skinless Chicken, cubed
2 cups total – chopped Celery, Onions, Mushrooms, Summer Squash
½ medium Sweet Potato, cubed
1 MWLC Chicken Bouillon Fiber Fulfill
1 cup Water
2 Garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. Curry Powder
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
