Garlic Mustard Dressing

Suitable for Freedom 1-4, 6 and 7 meal plans
Ingredients:
4 oz. Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 fresh small Garlic cloves, minced
½ Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve over your favorite greens or use as a marinade for your favorite lean protein.
