Grilled Romaine Salad

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp fresh Chives, finely chopped
½ tsp Garlic, minced
½ medium Orange Bell Pepper, seeded
2 cups Romaine Hearts (halved lengthwise)
1 small Tomato, chopped
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Fat-Free Dressing of choice
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Whisk dressing with minced garlic and chives. Set aside.
Cut pepper into chunks. Spray pepper and romaine with unflavored non-stick cooking spray. Grill pepper for 6 minutes, turning once. Grill romaine, cut sides down for 1-2 minutes.
Place grilled romaine cut side up on a platter. Cut pepper into strips and combine with the tomato and dressing. Drizzle mixture on top of the grilled romaine and serve.
