Grilled Watermelon and Pineapple Skewers

Serve this in a lettuce leaf with your favorite grilled protein or eat them right off the skewer!

Grilled Watermelon and Pineapple Skewers

Servings:
1 Fruit

Suitable for all Freedom and Fast Track meal plans

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup Watermelon, cubed

Preparation:
Alternate pineapple and watermelon cubes (3 of each) on skewers.  Grill all sides for about 30 seconds.
