Ginger Watermelon Tea
Servings:
1 Fruit
Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans
Ingredients:
1 cup Watermelon, cubed
1 packet of White Tea
1 slice Ginger
Boiled Water
3 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Stevia
Ice Cubes
Preparation:
Prepare the White Tea with boiling water and add one slice of ginger to the tea. Chill the White Tea in the refrigerator for about a half hour.
Fill a tall glass with a few ice cubes and pour in the White Tea. Next, add the lemon juice and stevia to the tea. Juice the one cup of watermelon and strain seeds if needed.
Combine the watermelon juice to the White Tea and mix all ingredients together with a spoon gently.
