Marjoram Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 ½ cups Tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp White Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh Marjoram, finely chopped
Ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mash garlic with a fork or the side of a chef's knife. Combine tomatoes, onion, marjoram and the garlic paste in a medium bowl. Add red wine vinegar and season with pepper.
