Mushroom Chicken and Broccoli
Servings:

Ingredients:
1 serving Chicken Breast, Boneless/Skinless, cut in slices
1 cup Broccoli
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 clove Garlic
¼ medium Onion, diced
1 MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 serving Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
¼ cup Long Grain Brown Rice, cooked
4 Tbsp Water
Preparation:
Whisk together Chicken Soup, Italian Dressing, water, onion and garlic into the crock pot. Place slices of chicken in the liquid and toss to coat. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
Add the broccoli and mushrooms over the chicken and sauce. Gently stir to combine. Cover with lid and cook 30 minutes to cook broccoli. Make the rice according to the package and serve meat and broccoli over warm rice.
