Smoky Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
1 serving Ground Turkey, lean
½ tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Cumin
1/8 tsp. Coriander
1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/8 Chili Powder
Dash of Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form mixture into a patty. Place on a pre-heated grill and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
