Haddock with Chimichurri
Servings:

Ingredients:
1 serving Haddock
¼ cup, fresh chopped Cilantro
1 tsp. Extra Light Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 clove Garlic
¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Whole Cumin Seed
1 tsp. Curry Powder
2 Tbsp. minced fresh Parsley
½ medium Jalapeno (finely chopped)
3 Green Onions (minced)
Preparation:
Use 1/4 cup of fresh, firmly packed Cilantro. Peel the garlic clove. Place all chimichurri ingredients (except the haddock) in a blender, blend until smooth.
Grill haddock fillet over medium high heat until opaque throughout, about 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Top with chimichurri and serve immediately.
