Red & Green Dry Rub

Ingredients:
2 tsp fresh Chives, chopped
2 tsp fresh Thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh Oregano, chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Cumin, ground
¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Preparation:
Combine chives, thyme, oregano, chili powder, cumin, and red pepper in a small bowl. Use the mixture as a rub on 1 pound of lean raw meat. Cook as desired.
